What is the standard production lead time?
For standard orders, our optimized production cycle is 35-45 days. However, for urgent ‘Project Orders’, our team can prioritize production to meet your seasonal launch windows.

What are your payment terms?
To support your business growth, we generally accept T/T 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment (70% balance against the B/L copy).
How do you ensure product quality? (Zero-Defect)
We implement a strict Independent Quality Control (QC) process. Our team conducts on-site inspections (checking fabric, frame stability, and packaging) before loading. You will receive a detailed Video Inspection Report before the container leaves China.
Do you provide spare parts for warranty?
Yes, we understand the importance of after-sales service. We provide free spare parts (wheels, fabric sets, rivets) proportional to your order volume (usually 1%) to help you handle local warranty claims quickly.
